Richard Awbery is co founder Weststar Developments and brings 35 years of UK real estate experience in the fields of occupiers, development, asset management and investment. Richard is primarily responsible for the origination and due diligence of development transactions at Weststar.
Richard is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, The Investment Property Forum and Accessible Retail.
As Development Director, Michael is responsible for implementing and execution of our development schemes. Michael's career spans over 20 years in the construction industry, delivering high quality factories and infrastructure across a many sectors.
Stefan has many years of working experience in the German logistics building construction industry. Until recently Stefan has headed the Construction Management Group, executing large scale intra-logistics projects globally with project sizes of over €100 million.
Mark is a quantity Surveyor with over 25 years experience in the construction industry working in commercial private practice, client organisations and main contracting environments, across various sectors including food, pharmaceutical, healthcare, leisure and retail.
