Vacant or income-producing B2/B8 buildings for refurbishment and redevelopment for current and alternative uses.

Well located land from 1–500 acres, for future development through medium-term planning and land assembly.

Early generation trade schemes in food and non-food, ex petrol filling stations, open storage, builders merchants, ex-car showrooms, leisure parks and redundant car parks, former landfill and also contaminated sites.
