Richard Awbery is a co-founder of Weststar Developments and brings 35 years of UK real estate experience in the fields of occupiers, development, asset management and investment. Richard is primarily responsible for the origination and due diligence of development transactions at Weststar.

Richard is a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, The Investment Property Forum and Accessible Retail.

Jacqueline has over 20 years experience in Product development and Marketing across Telecoms, Mobile, Energy and Property Industries. Jacqueline is the founder of Product Angel and contracts with Weststar Developments for all marketing requirements.
